Not the right period for Rivals, but here are two pics of me in what Christae says correctly is *very* heavy dresses with corsets (once more than one!), in which I had to be articulate and/or agile. For fun. :) ~Jenn

I love your costume for Midsummer...The bell of your dress looks HUGE compared to your body, must have been crazy to wear. I do however, LOVE the mask-like headpiece in your hand,it's pretty!
ReplyDeleteThe big heads were actually puppets. We'd pull on a little tag inside and the eyes would blink--we'd animate them as we sang/spoke. So it was a really weird/cool-looking effect--these big fluffy fairies with human dresses and puppet heads.
